We will base this tutorial around Australia's Network 10 TV channel which host's a Varity of comedy sitcoms as well as action and few others.
Ok now to the dirty work.
What you need
Real Player Latest
Mozilla Fire fox 2.0.0.17
Decent internet speed
Cup Of coffee
Ok first of all
Download fire fox 2.0.0.17 ( we found this the best version for what we are doing)
You can download this here

Now we will install real one player.
Download and install real player from the real one website. here
After download finished, double click and run installation program.
follow the pictures to help simplify what we do here.
Accept the agreement ( who ever in the world would read this amount of s***)
Now this is the important part, make sure u select "Download and Recording"
The Downloading
Ok now it has installed it will try to connect to real one network, let it do this then press cancel, then exit and close real one player, or explore it to get use to this great media player.
Once u have real one player installed u can now visit the channel ten website here, and follow these pictures to help simplify what we do here.
Right click the video and select "Download This Video to RealPlayer"
Ok now u can view how fast your download is, how much is remaining, and control the downloads state,
so u can pause it and resume it later ( this being good for anybody who doesn't have stable net or is wireless and moves around a bit.)
Ok now for some advanced settings to help out more.
Here we can select the amount of auto recording time, the directory where all videos are downloaded to and the download box control
Right click Options and select Preferences After this the below dialog will show up.
Once the dialog is showing u can adjust the basic settings. make sure this is enabled other wise the downloads wont show and work.
Select the "Advanced Settings" button to obtain better control over the downloader.
This is where u control he advanced settings and performance details.
Enjoy this fun feature to obtain TV shows.
